Our Catering Staff will assist you in planning a most successful event.
We are happy to custom design menus to fit your specific needs. Should your
plans require banners and other items affixed to our walls, please consult your
catering contact for guidelines and costs.
Pricing:
A 20% service charge and applicable sales tax
(currently 8.25%) is added to the cost of all
food and beverage, room rental and audio visual. Service charge is subject to
tax as per California State Board of Equalization Regulation #1603. Prices are
subject to change with pricing guaranteed 90 days prior to the function date.
Guarantees/Guest Count:
Please give your guarantee to the catering department 96 business hours prior
to your event date.
Storage & Shipping:
Should your
shipments require special handling by our staff,
a $5.00 plus service charge and tax per box handling fee will be
charged for boxes up to 50lbs. Small package delivery will be accepted three
days prior to the meeting date. Please consult
your catering coordinator for mailing and delivery
instructions.
Guest Rooms:
We offer a preferred rate for guest accommodations to guests who
host
their catering event in our hotel.
Please
arrange with your Catering Coordinator.
